The room I was offered had outstanding views of the sunset. The location is great and lovely, especially in relation to the Apple Hill area. It was a convenient place to stay with two other couples, one of whom had never been to Apple Hill before.

Pillows were tightly stuffed into two cases with a ridge of surplus material which was very uncomfortable, so I dispensed with one case which made it better. Not enough blankets. Shouldn't have to ask for more, they should be in the room.

The room was reasonably large and huge with smoke detectors for safety measures. It had a beautiful location adjacent to beautiful pine trees, and Pollock Pines, CA. Rewritten: The room was quite spacious and had all the safety measures like smoke detectors. Plus, the inn is located next to picturesque pine trees in Pollock Pines, CA. We were so happy with our stay that we were reluctant to leave and would definitely recommend it.

My daughter and I try to meet somewhere in between Chico and Reno to have some quality one-no-one time together to relax and enjoy ourselves away our busy lives. This place was perfect for our needs and comfort. The beds have cushy pillow-top mattresses and we loved the private deck that looks out on beautiful pine trees.
We could hear some walking around above us. We'd do better to request an upstairs room on our next visit. There weren't any extra blankets available in our room, but we probably could have asked the front desk and they would no doubt be happy to accommodate us. That's all that comes to mind!

Close to family, nice room, wifi pretty good..
the free breakfast, some of the items were stale..the owner yelled at my 22 year old son. and asked him what he was doing at the pool..."just looking" then slammed door. Really....

I was given an extremely spacious and immaculate room with a nice balcony and a really big bathroom. The personnel were courteous and pleasant. The location was beautiful and stunning, near the pines right off of Hwy 50, mountains, and a local restaurant.

Friendly staff, good breakfast (pastries, coffee and juice) nice quiet location, but just 5 mins from the freeway. A great place for a 1 night stop over with nice local restaurants.

Friends stayed at Placerville Best Western, where breakfast was far superior to what I got. Also, they paid $20 less per room than I did. I will shop around next time.
